ISLAMABAD: An Islamabad court Wednesday saved the decision on PTI pioneer Azam Swati's bail supplication for a situation connected with dubious tweets which will be reported tomorrow.
The PTI congressperson was arrested last week by the Government Examination Organization (FIA) for tweeting against the military boss and state foundations after an argument was recorded against him.
Unique Adjudicator Focal Raja Asif heard Swati's request, who is on a 14-day legal remand in Adiala Prison, today and held the decision after contentions were finished up from the two sides.
Contending under the watchful eye of the court, FIA examiner said that Swati shared a detested tweet against the military boss and attempted to make disharmony among the military.
"Azam Swati accused COAS after specific people were vindicated for a situation. What does the military boss have to do with their exoneration?"
The FIA delegate additionally said that the PTI pioneer has conceded to tweeting during cross examination and added, "Azam Swati offered provocative expressions against the military boss and foundations at a public gathering".
In his contentions, Swati's advice, Babar Awan kept up with that his client practiced his sacred right to discourse.
Awan asserted that the representative was tormented during care and embarrassed.
"Was there a defiance in the military after Azam Swati's tweet?" he inquired. "Did any subedar pursue away Azam Swati's tweet? Skipper surrendered?"
Afterward, the court saved the decision which will be reported tomorrow.
