Islamic State-inspired driver expressed desire to kill before deadly New Orleans rampage, Biden says

NEW ORLEANS, La. - A U.S. Armed force veteran driving a pickup truck that bore the banner of the Islamic State bunch fashioned bloodletting on New Orleans' unruly New Year's festival, killing 15 individuals as he directed around a police barricade and banged into revelers prior to being shot dead by police.
