NEW ORLEANS, La. - A U.S. Armed force veteran driving a pickup truck that bore the banner of the Islamic State bunch fashioned bloodletting on New Orleans' unruly New Year's festival, killing 15 individuals as he directed around a police barricade and banged into revelers prior to being shot dead by police.
The FBI said it was examining the assault early Wednesday as a fear monger act and didn't really accept that the driver acted alone.
